Technology now plays a crucial role in how buildings are designed, operated and used. The latest tools and trends in this area are intelligent building monitoring systems (BMS), lighting controls, touch-less access control systems, facial recognition, heat sensor, advanced HVAC and drones. All those systems need to exhibit smart characteristics, have a flexible design and provide seamless integration of building services. Those are the steps for a smart, safe, secure and sustainable future.
