Light Middle East and Intelligent Building Middle East will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (Dubai World Trade Centre) from the 17th to the 19th of January, 2023. This is Dubai and the region’s premier exhibition of lighting design and smart building technology.

Manufacturers from around the world and from Dubai’s region will bring their new developments, tools, designs and modern trends in lighting in order to serve the industry and to be prepared for the future. Light Middle East will showcase decorative, architectural, outdoor, and indoor lighting solutions, with 310+ exhibitors from 32 countries hosting 6,343 trade visitors coming from 83 countries.

Many well-known names will participate such as Cinmar, Aspoeck, Threeline, LEDvance, Zoomlux Lighting, Venuetech.

The main exhibitions will be in the following areas:

1. Decorative lighting and accessories;
2. Electrical and electronic components and accessories for lighting systems;
3. LED lighting;
4. Technical lighting and accessories;
5. House and Building Automation.

Alongside Light Middle East there will be the launch of Intelligent Building Middle East. This is a new theme for the community of lighting and building services. It will give professionals an opportunity to keep up-to-date with latest trends and discover new products.

Technology now plays a crucial role in how buildings are designed, operated and used. The latest tools and trends in this area are intelligent building monitoring systems (BMS), lighting controls, touch-less access control systems, facial recognition, heat sensor, advanced HVAC and drones. All those systems need to exhibit smart characteristics, have a flexible design and provide seamless integration of building services. Those are the steps for a smart, safe, secure and sustainable future.
