A unique Royal Secret Soirée will take place at Louvre Abu Dhabi on the 13th, 14th and 15th of May. Full of live entertainment and performances, this immersive experience has been inspired by the current exhibition at Louvre Abu Dhabi, Versailles And The World.
Curated by the Immersive Playground, the auditorium at Louvre Abu Dhabi will be transformed into the Versailles Royal Opera House of the 18th century. The Queen’s Secret Soirée (soirée – “evening” in French) will allow guests to travel back in time and be part of a royal evening at the Palace of Versailles. Surrounded by music and live performances, visitors will have a memorable opportunity to immerse themselves in the magnificence of a royal court and look at that time from a new perspective.
The royal evening is expected to be full of live music, dance performances, poetry, beatboxing, and many surprises during the fantastical world of the Queen’s secret evening. Guests will watch and listen to the performers and, of course, become part of the night’s story.
The extraordinary journey will begin from the moment visitors receive their royal invitations in which they will be informed which one of the Queen’s friends they need to meet and which secret passages they must explore in order to get the password and acquire entry to this remarkable event.
There are some safety measures everyone should follow. First of all, all guests will need to show a green status on the “Green Pass” on AlHosn app, and secondly, visitors must wear masks at all times in the museum and inside the auditorium.
Visitors can book their time for either 4 pm, 6 pm or 8 pm. The royal evening will last for an hour at the Auditorium. The price is AED 120 per person. For more information, please visit: https://www.louvreabudhabi.ae
