Syrian artist Ibrahim Al Hamid’s solo show titled Human Obsessions features the brand new collection of his works, which includes his never-before-seen art pieces. The exhibition is being held at the Majlis Gallery until March 31.

“Faces are the mirrors of our souls and by reading faces we read our happiness, fears, ambitions, and obsessions. That is why I have expanded the faces in the artworks to dominate the canvas, allowing the features of the faces to be highlighted and to bring all that is going on underneath into the features of the faces,” commented Ibrahim Al Hamid.
