Expo City Dubai is leading the way in advancing new technologies and elevating its position as an Artificial Intelligence. Innovation Hub, with the launch of the region’s first Artificial Intelligence Film Festival (AIFF), will explore the potential of AI technology to enhance creative storytelling and advance the filmmaking landscape. It establishes Expo City Dubai as the epicentre of AI innovation, a future-focused community and a global platform for collaboration on big ideas.
AI Film Festival will be the region’s premier event to celebrate and propel the convergence of cinema and AI, underlining the connection between human creativity and technology. It will take place over almost six months and provide a range of exciting experiences. These include a global competition, where filmmakers from around the world can showcase their work, as well as screenings of innovative films that utilize AI technology. Additionally, there will be panel discussions featuring renowned experts in AI and filmmaking, providing insightful discussions. Furthermore, hands-on workshops will be offered, allowing participants to gain insight into the integration of AI in film production. The festival aims to demonstrate how AI can be effectively utilized to enhance the overall filmmaking process.
A dynamic website will allow visitors to step into a world of creative filmmaking, driven by human talent and enhanced by AI technologies.
